Your interactions with third-party services, websites, or resources linked from our platform are solely between you and those third parties. We are not responsible or liable for any transactions, communications, or other dealings you have with third parties, even if accessed through our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based.

10. Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), whichever is greater.

11. Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for resolution of any disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes may proceed to formal legal proceedings
• Any legal action must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration

15. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and Conditions or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
